If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, send a counter-notice to [email protected] with:

The content that was removed and where it appeared (URL) before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or for [COMPANY LOCATION] if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt, we may restore the content unless the complainant files a court action within the statutory period.
