Eighteen female university students from São Paulo and a professor decide to take a trip to Paraguay, renting a bus from a company whose director, Rubens, decides to drive them and enjoy his vacation with the girls. The trip is interrupted by five criminals, escaped from prison, who confine the group to a farm in the Pantanal region of Mato Grosso after killing the employees. The criminals brutalize the young women, and some who try to escape are killed. Aided by two boys, sons of the farm owner, Rubens contacts some friends, pilots from the Aeroclub, through a radio transmitter, simulating an escape to distract the criminals. And, while he fights the bandits, the planes manage to land and rescue the surviving girls.
